48-Hour SLA Coverage Area

The 48-hour on-site response guarantee applies to locations within 150 miles (240 km) of an ArcticPro certified service center. Locations beyond this radius receive 72-hour response. Remote sites (islands, offshore platforms, locations requiring special access permits) are covered under extended-response terms negotiated per contract. Currently, 24 service centers cover North America, Western Europe, and Southeast Asia; Africa, Central Asia, and South America are served through authorized third-party service partners with 5-business-day response targets.

Warranty Exclusions

Standard 2-year parts and 5-year compressor warranties do not cover: damage caused by water quality exceeding 500 ppm TDS without pre-treatment; installations in ambient temperatures above 43°C (110°F) without approved remote condenser configuration; use of non-OEM refrigerants or lubricants; and modifications to factory-set controller parameters without written authorization from ArcticPro engineering. Extended warranty programs (3-year, 5-year full coverage) are available at time of purchase for an additional 8-15% of unit cost.
